48-Hour Commissions

I will sometimes open for "48-Hour Commissions", which are express commissions guaranteed completed within 48 hours for a slightly higher fee. If I do not complete your commission within the 48 hour deadline, you will automatically be refunded the total charge, regardless of the progress I've made by that point.If claiming a 48-Hour Commission slot, I expect payment as soon as possible. If payment is not received within 3 hours of slot claim, you will forfeit your slot. The 48-hour clock will not begin until payment has been received."What is the point of these commissions?"
These commissions are quick and guarantee you will get a finished product in 2 days or less, which is just kind of a fun thing to look forward to! It allows me to pace myself during periods wherein I know I have the time to complete the work, and you aren't kept waiting. These are also great for gifts or if for some reason you're hoping for a work with a quick turnover."What if you open for a 48-Hour slot but I just want a normal comm?"
Any time I open a 48-Hour Commission slot, I will wait approximately 6-10 hours for the slot to be claimed, depending on my timeline and availability. If it is not claimed, the slot will be changed to a normal commission slot. If you're interested in the normal slot, you can DM me to let me know you'd like the normal slot in the event the 48-Hour slot is not filled.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Commission Terms:
1. Commissions are digital services, no physical copy will be provided. Completed work will be sent to you via DM or email (if requested).2. Commissions will be completed within one month or you will be refunded, unless otherwise stated at time of slots being advertised. Exceptions may apply in the case of an emergency or unexpected conflict, but I will be in contact with you if this occurs and options (including refund or extension) will be discussed mutually).3. A WIP will be provided upon request! Please specify if you would like a work in progress sketch or if you'd prefer a surprise. WIPs are not offered by default on 48-hour or quick turnover commissions but can be discussed.4. After the WIP sketch approval (if applicable), no further edits will be permitted upon commission completion, unless I forgot a detail shown in the initial reference image(s) or prompt. In some cases, I may send a second WIP if I am unsure about coloration or other details on a character. Additional requests or details for a commission received after I have already begun working on the commission (after payment has been received) may incur additional fees.5. No refunds on completed commissions. Forced chargebacks via Paypal or other payment services will result in a permanent black-list and block from all social medias, and additional action may be taken. If you have an issue with a completed commission, please reach out to me directly and we can discuss options if applicable.6. Commissions are for personal use only. If you would like commercial permissions for your commission, including use on Patreon and other pledge programs, Youtube or Twitch, please contact me directly to discuss options and additional fees on a case by case basis.My work will never be permitted for the use of NFTs. DO NOT USE MY ARTWORK IN AI-GENERATED PROMPTS OR AI-RELATED PROJECTS. THIS INCLUDES ARTWORK THAT YOU HAVE COMMISSIONED FROM ME. I AM NOT A SUPPORTER OF AI-GENERATED "ART" AND DO NOT CONSENT TO MY ARTWORK OR ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BEING UTILIZED FOR THESE PURPOSES.7. The Commission is not completed at a high resolution for printing. If you would like to be able to print your commission for personal purposes, please let me know in advance.8. Do not repost your completed commission without my permission. If you would like to showcase the work somewhere that I have not shared it, let me know and I may be open to you posting it with credit. In the case of posting it, you must only post the watermarked version of the commission. You are free to post your commission on a personal Toyhou.se, private/locked Twitter or Instagram, or a personal website with direct (linked) credit back to me (please credit my Twitter account).9. Please do not edit my artwork directly. This includes cropping, or drawing over my artwork to make edits and revisions. Using my artwork for icons or banners is acceptable. If you for any reason wish to edit my artwork (for example, adjusting a character's eye color, or making updates to a character's design), please ask and inform me beforehand. If acceptable, I may ask you to include a disclaimer credit indicating that my artwork has been altered with permission.Design Sales Terms:
1. The design will be transferred to you upon purchase. Files can also be sent to you via DM or email (if requested). If you have a Toyhou.se account, the character can also be transferred to you there, where applicable.2. No refunds on completed transactions. Payment must be made within 12 hours of confirmation or you will forfeit your claim.3. Do not post artwork anywhere other than toyhouse without my permission (private twitters/socials are okay). If you would like to showcase the work somewhere that I have not shared it, let me know and I may be open to you posting it with credit. Credit is necessary anywhere my artwork is posted.4. Once payment has been made, you have full ownership of the design and may edit or change it, or use for commercial purposes. While you have commercial rights to the design, please inform me if you are using the design commercially so that I am aware.5. You may not edit my artwork or claim original artwork/design concept as your own. Any commercial rights extend solely to the design presented, not my artwork as shown;
- Eg. you may not print the original artwork onto t-shirts and sell them.
- Eg. you may use the design in your comic, novel, or featured in prints illustrated by you or another artist.6. Please do not edit my artwork directly without my permission or explicit disclosure anywhere artwork is posted that it has been edited by you (refer to specifics in commission TOS above).7. You may not alter or replicate the design to be sold as adopts, including creating a "closed species" out of the design. Please ask me if you are unsure about this or have questions regarding what is acceptable.
